Efficient Core and Upper Body Workout: Get Results in Just 15 Minutes!

In a world where time is a precious commodity and schedules are packed to the brim, finding the time for traditional workouts can feel like an insurmountable challenge. But what if I told you there's a solution that fits perfectly into even the busiest of days? Enter exercise snacking – the science backed revolutionary concept that's changing the way we approach fitness and health.


Exercise snacking is all about breaking up traditional workouts into smaller, more manageable chunks that can be seamlessly integrated into our daily routines. Whether it's a quick set of squats before breakfast, a brisk walk around the block during lunch, or a few minutes of stretching before bed, these bite-sized bursts of activity add up to significant health benefits over time.


60 minute workouts with children and a full time job? Who genuinely has the time? And what if 15-20 minutes was ENOUGH to help you achieve the results you desired that are SUSTAINABLE? In a format that doesn't make you work out FOR HOURS until you "quit" feeling like it was your fault only to try again 'next Monday' feeling guilty? It was never your fault- it was simply that the program did not match your lifestyle.


With that in mind, we're snacking on a delicious portion of a core and upper body workout. You only need light weights (if you only have water bottles that really would be fine). I'm using 2kg sandbags. Going much above 2kg will make this session VERY SPICY.
