Mobility Workout for a Happy Body

The last "I feel like crap" workout I uploaded was very popular (linked here) so here's another lovely mobility workout for you to sink your teeth (and joints) into.
The last one was 15 minutes so perfect for those days when you want to move but time is VERY SHORT. A lovely snack to do as you wake up, or to pop into a lunch break or when you feel knackered after a hard day of work.
This weeks instalment is a little longer sitting at 27 minutes. I can't recommend it enough (I am biased I know) for those days when everything feels, well, just crap.
We all know movement is good for us but it's easy to place expectations too high. For example, promising to do 60 minute slogs 4-5X per week. Not only can this be nigh IMPOSSIBLE to realistically fit into most people's schedule's it can also be very difficult to recover from. ESPECIALLY if you are newer to exercise.
So this workout is just a delicious treat of some gentle bodyweight movements that are going to help all your joints feel a little bit better. My promise is either you feel better or that you don't feel any worse (and if that is the case then at least you can still be very smug that you did something really good for yourself today and that is enough).
