WHO I AM

I am not someone that grew up athletic (or participated in sports whatsoever beyond casual horse riding). I found a love of fitness in my early 20s when I discovered powerlifting. I think the fact that I only discovered "fitness" a little later in life helped me connect and empathise with some of my clients who had never exercised before and found the whole idea intimidating.

Working online since the pandemic has been transformative and has given me opportunities to work with people from the ages of 25-80 across four continents! I also love seeing people in person from my private studio in Chobham. I also serve the surrounding areas of Sunningdale, Virginia Water, Windlesham and Egham.

I have an absolute passion in helping anyone find a way of moving that they truly love that enhances their quality of life. I also specialise in:

  • Injury rehab (for quality of life or to regain sports performance)

  • Chronic pain or illness management

  • Pre and Post Natal Fitness

  • Strength Training for Equestrians

  • Strength Training for Runners

Qualifications

I pride myself on being an evidence based personal trainer. This means staying up to date with emerging science as well as updating my qualifications every year.
